Service provider: Globalio LLC, 4 Peddlers Row, Newark, DE, 19702, United States of America (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider” or “PayMeByLink”).
2. Nature of the Service
PayMeByLink provides a simple way to collect payments through payment links intended for entrepreneurs – sole traders, small businesses, e-shops, and freelancers.
We are not a payment gateway. We only create and manage links that direct customers to third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
We cooperate with affiliate partners who act as independent contractors responsible for offering their own services. We pay them commissions for each sale made through our system.
3. Payments
We support payments via PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payments are processed directly by Stripe or PayPal. PayMeByLink never processes the payment directly.
Payments are received into the PayMeByLink (Globalio LLC) account and 90% of the payment amount is automatically transferred as a commission to the affiliate partner (i.e., the service provider such as a barber) via their linked PayPal account.
Clients can set their own prices for the services (“pay what you want”).
4. Invoicing
Invoices are issued by Globalio LLC for each payment made. Subsequently, 90% of the invoiced amount is transferred to the affiliate partner as a commission for service provision.
5. Liability and Responsibilities
PayMeByLink is solely a payment intermediary. Responsibility for the delivery of services and any refunds lies with the affiliate partner who offered the service through their link.
We disclaim any responsibility for the services themselves, their delivery, or potential refunds.
6. User Accounts
Each user must register as an affiliate partner and create an account.
Users must link their PayPal account to receive commissions automatically.
We offer only paid plans.
Failure to pay for the subscription results in automatic account suspension.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
We collect the following personal data: name, email, phone number, IP address, address, etc.
User data is shared with third-party providers necessary for the service (ThriveCart, analytics, SMS gateways, MailerLite, Stripe, PayPal).

8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are handled exclusively by the affiliate partner through their own payment method.
Payments made via PayMeByLink cannot be canceled.
Disputes between customers and the affiliate partner must be resolved directly between them. PayMeByLink assumes no responsibility.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
PayMeByLink services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Services are offered globally.
10. Pricing and Plans
A monthly fee of €97 is charged for creating and managing a payment link.
We offer discount coupons.
We retain a 10% service fee from each transaction to cover accounting, taxes, and processing costs.
11. Commission Payouts
Commissions are paid out immediately.
There are no conditions or thresholds for receiving payouts.
12. Account Suspension and Rejection Policy
If a user is found to offer fraudulent services or to use PayMeByLink for illegal activities, their account will be immediately suspended without the right to commission payouts or reactivation.
13. Prohibited Content
Prohibited content includes gambling, weapons, drugs, adult content, or any other illegal activity.
14. Technical Details
Each user is provided with a shared Google Sheet to track their payments.
We do not offer an API.

16. How PayMeByLink Works
We provide the creation and management of payment links that redirect to third-party payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal.
Our customer is the service provider (e.g., a barber), who creates their link and offers it to their clients. When a client pays, Globalio LLC issues an invoice and emails it to the client. The barber must register as an affiliate partner first.
The barber earns a 90% commission on all revenue generated through their link, automatically paid to their linked PayPal account.
If the barber was referred to PayMeByLink by someone (a sponsor), that sponsor is entitled to an agreed commission percentage (e.g., 3%) from each payment made via the referred link. The payout is automatic and unlimited in time.
Revenue distribution from 100%:
90% to the service provider (e.g., the barber)
3% to the sponsor (JV contract affiliate partner)
7% to PayMeByLink
These Terms and Conditions become effective upon publication on the website and are binding for all users of the PayMeByLink service.
