Sponsor – An individual or entity who refers a new Affiliate Partner to PayMeByLink and is entitled to a recurring revenue share based on that Affiliate’s transaction volume.
Affiliate Partner – A service provider (e.g., barber, freelancer, shop owner) who uses PayMeByLink to collect payments via third-party payment processors like Stripe or PayPal.
Referred Affiliate – An Affiliate Partner who signs up through a Sponsor’s referral link or under their JV contract.
Revenue Share – The percentage of the transaction amount allocated to the Sponsor for successful referrals.
JV Contract – A mutual understanding and agreement between the Sponsor and Globalio LLC to distribute commission for referred Affiliate Partner activity.
The purpose of this agreement is to formalize the terms and conditions under which Sponsors may earn a revenue share from transactions processed by their referred Affiliate Partners through PayMeByLink.
Sponsors are entitled to 3% of every transaction volume processed by their referred Affiliate Partner(s).
The remaining revenue is split as follows:
90% to the Affiliate Partner (service provider),
7% to Globalio LLC (PayMeByLink operator),
3% to the Sponsor (as defined in this JV agreement).
This revenue share is automatic and permanent for all active referrals.
Payouts to Sponsors are made automatically and instantly via PayPal.
The Sponsor must provide a valid PayPal account during registration to receive commissions.
There are no thresholds, delays, or minimums required for payout.
To become a Sponsor, an individual must:
Register an account with PayMeByLink,
Agree to these JV Terms and the general Affiliate Terms,
Provide a valid and operational PayPal email.
Sponsors receive a unique referral link or code for onboarding new Affiliate Partners.
All transactions and commission activity will be tracked via a shared Google Sheet or internal dashboard provided at registration.
Sponsors may access their payment history and referred Affiliate performance.
Sponsors may promote PayMeByLink via digital marketing, direct outreach, or business networking.
Sponsors may not:
Mislead prospects about the nature of PayMeByLink,
Engage in spam, illegal promotions, or deceptive marketing,
Falsify referrals (self-referrals or fake accounts are strictly prohibited).
Sponsors are independent partners and are not employees or representatives of Globalio LLC.
Globalio LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Sponsor account in cases of:
Fraudulent activity,
Violation of marketing guidelines,
Violation of these JV Terms or other PayMeByLink policies.
Upon termination due to policy breach, no outstanding commissions will be paid.
Sponsors are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on earned commissions.
Globalio LLC does not withhold taxes or provide tax advice.
Sponsors may not promote PayMeByLink to users or industries engaged in:
Gambling, drugs, weapons,
Adult content,
Ponzi schemes or deceptive financial services.
Globalio LLC may update these JV Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
Continued participation as a Sponsor implies acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.
