These Affiliate Terms (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the PayMeByLink Affiliate Program operated by Globalio LLC. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
To participate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration details
Link a valid PayPal account for commission payouts
Each partner must maintain an active subscription plan for continued participation.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Affiliates promote PayMeByLink services by referring clients (e.g., small businesses, freelancers) who use payment links to collect money via Stripe or PayPal.
Each affiliate is considered an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Globalio LLC.
Affiliates are solely responsible for:
Their own marketing practices
Compliance with local business laws, tax reporting, and legal obligations
We provide no guarantees regarding earnings.
Affiliates earn a 90% commission on each payment made through their personal PayMeByLink payment link.
Sponsors (who referred another affiliate) earn a lifetime override of typically 3% from the referred affiliate’s processed volume.
Globalio LLC retains 10% of each transaction for admin, tax, and processing costs.
Payouts are made instantly and automatically to your linked PayPal account.
There is no minimum payout threshold.
If a payment fails or is flagged as fraudulent, the corresponding commission will be voided or reversed.
Affiliates must maintain an active subscription (e.g., €97/month).
We may offer discount codes or promotional offers, at our discretion.
If a subscription is not paid, the affiliate account is automatically terminated and commissions stop.
Affiliates must not:
Use misleading or deceptive marketing tactics
Engage in spam, unauthorized advertising, or unethical behavior
Promote illegal, harmful, or restricted services (e.g., gambling, weapons, adult content, drugs)
Use PayMeByLink for fraudulent or high-risk activities
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate any affiliate account without notice for:
Violation of these terms
Involvement in scams, fraud, or illegal activities
Damage to our brand reputation
Terminated affiliates lose access to:
All referral links
Unpaid commissions
Affiliate dashboard and updates
Affiliates may only use our branding, logos, and content as approved.
Unauthorized use of trademarks or impersonating PayMeByLink is strictly prohibited.
Any content you create promoting our services must be honest and not infringe on third-party rights.
Globalio LLC is not responsible for disputes between the affiliate and their customers.
We do not guarantee uptime, earnings, or uninterrupted service.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the previous 30 days.
You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, franchise, or employment relationship.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time.
Continued participation in the program after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
